Our 4 Step Process
STEP 1
PROFILING CONCRETE SLAB
The entire slab is mechanically ground to give the concrete the required surface profile to ensure proper bonding. All edges, corners and hard to reach areas are hand ground.
STEP 2
CRACK & CHIP REPAIR
Chips, cracks and broken edges are filled with polyurea filler and ground down after they cure. The entire area is swept, vacuumed and blown off to remove all loose debris.
STEP 3
COLOR & FLAKE
The 100% solid epoxy base coat is what bonds to the concrete surface and provides the floor base color. All corners, control joints, edges and hard to reach areas are cut in with a brush. Vinyl chips are broadcast to refusal to achieve complete coverage.
STEP 4
SCRAPE & TOP COAT
The floor is scraped, cross-hatched, excess chips vacuumed and blown off in prep for top coat. The final coat of polyaspartic is applied with a squeegee, then cross-hatched to ensure proper coverage.

Typically, 2-day installation requires 24 hours of cure before walking and setting heavy items and 72 hours before vehicle traffic.
How do you prepare a concrete floor?
We only use dry diamond head grinding machines. We do not use any water or acid.
Do you offer a warranty? If so, how long?
Yes, we stand behind our floors with a limited lifetime warranty.
What is the lead time for an installation?
Typically we only need a few days notice, during our busy season we may need a 1 – 2-week notice.
My floor has cracks in the concrete. Will you be able to fix these?
Typically, yes, depending on the severity.
How do I clean my floor?
Mild soap and water, or eco-friendly cleaner.
How many colors are there?

What if I want a specific color, colors or combination of colors?
We can offer custom color combinations, however, these are usually not in stock and it typically takes one week to receive the material.
My garage floor has paint, oil, stains, cracks and holes. Does that have to be fixed first? How do you fix them?
Our install will repair any cracks/holes that your floor has. As for the oil, or other stains our install team will remove the it during the grinding process. For tile, carpet, existing epoxy we can remove as well but there will be an additional cost.
Do epoxy floors hold up well when parking cars in a garage?
With the advancements with today’s technology of polyaspartic topcoats you can expect many years of durability.
Are epoxy floors slippery?
No, they are not slippery. All of our floors are installed with a texture for a nonskid surface.
Do you do epoxy flooring for commercial and industrial spaces?
Yes, we do. We have completed many epoxy floor installations for commercial and industrial spaces.
Can epoxy floors be installed outdoors or on a patio?
Yes, it can be installed on a patio. This install takes 3 days instead of our typical 2 day. This process has an additional step because we will be adding an extra product to protect the floor against any moisture vapor emission.
